1. MECHANICAL FLOW METERS
- CDN: Floating disc volume counters, suitable for the dosage of every type of liquid even at high viscosity. Good reliability, simple design. 1% precision on the product being dosed. Bodywork in AISI, disc in Teflon-AISI. REED pulse emitter. Flange connectors and pre-warming chamber on request.
- CPO: Rotating disc volume counters, suitable for the dosage of liquid foodstuffs. Good reliability, simple design. 1% precision on the product being dosed. Bodywork in AISI, Pistons in Teflon. REED impulse launcher. Flange connectors on request and pre-warming chamber.
The two flow meters can be equipped with electronic cards with impulse frequencies or VES791 Electronics with totalizer function and pre-determinator.

2. ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METER
Electromagnetic flow meters for conductive fluid.
The flow meter gives total passage of fluid type without chokes, the bodywork, as with the measuring electrodes, is made of stainless steel, while the inner coating is in Teflon.
The process connectors may be flanged, DIN or Wafer and may carry electronics with 4.20mA outlet or with separate electronics with delivery rate display and output in frequency.

3. FLOW METER ON TROLLY
The trolly flow meter is in stainless steel with rubber wheels.
The machine is used in all sectors where it is necessary to predetermine a quantity of liquid and is programmable for its function in continuous or batch mode, for loading, distribution in cisterns, or for refilling systems.
The operator needs only to set the product quantity on the display, when it will reach the set value, the electronics will pass a signal to stop the dosage.
It is possible to fit out the machine with an automatic interception valve and a pump management remote control switch.
