APPLICATION OF POWDER DIGEST ON THE KIBBLES

The application of powder digest or any other flavours must be done in the best possible way in order to guarantee a perfect distribution. This is a challenge as the powder can be difficult to be applied correctly.

PLP SYSTEMS has designed a dispenser for this application that includes accurate loss in weight feeder, injection spray of the powder by Venturi ejector. The Triboeletric technology for electrostatic charge of the particle in order to improve the distribution and the adhesion of the flavours on the kibbles.
